Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS R12 modules, translating complex business requirements into robust technical and functional solutions.
- Develop and execute complex PL/SQL, SQL, and OA Framework (OAF) customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
- Architect and implement efficient data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the EBS lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical and functional issues across various EBS modules, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
- Design and develop reports using Oracle BI Publisher, Discoverer, and SQL*Plus, providing actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of Oracle EBS Technical and Functional consulting experience.
Experience in at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 architecture.
Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI Publisher.
Strong Oracle APEX development experience.
Strong Oracle AME implementation experience.
Strong API and Integration development experience.
Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
Oracle EBS implementations in large enterprises.
Integration with payment gateways and banking platforms.
Integration with identity management solutions such as Keycloak and SSO platforms.
Experience managing technical teams and mentoring junior consultants.
