Position: Promoter (Properties, 3-Month Contract)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 3 Months
We are currently hiring Female Property Handover Promoters to support a leading real estate developer in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and schedule property handover appointments
- Guide clients throughout the property handover process
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate property viewing and snagging appointments
- Liaise with internal teams to follow up on defect rectification
- Provide timely updates to clients and maintain accurate records
Skills
Requirements:
- Preferred nationalities: European (French, Spanish, German), Chinese, or Turkish
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, real estate, or a similar field
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly advantageous
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own sponsorship)
