Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, and have a track record in setting up assembly lines for lithium-ion battery pack assembly, and managing production teams in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment. Experience setting up such facilities in India are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Own daily production output and yield across both cylindrical and LiPo assembly lines Hands-on floor role: troubleshoot weld quality, run stations, lead PFMEA sessions as the day demands Maintain SOP discipline, control plans, and shift routines across the technician team Coach and develop a multi-shift technician team
Requirements 6–10 years in battery pack assembly, with at least 3 years in a supervisory, shift-in-charge, or line-in-charge role. UAV / drone battery pack assembly line experience. Covering both LiPo pouch and cylindrical Li-ion. Willing step onto the floor and run a station, fault-find equipment, or demonstrate a weld to a technician. Experience commissioning or ramping a new battery assembly line from equipment-in to first production. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering. Good communication skills in English - written and verbal
