We are a diversified main contractor hiring Senior Cost Control Engineer with a strong construction background.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and reporting structures. Monitor project budgets, track commitments, and control expenditures across multiple construction projects. Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget compliance. Prepare detailed monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts for management review. Coordinate with planning, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost control. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier cost proposals to support procurement decisions. Contribute to value engineering initiatives and cost optimization efforts. Ensure cost control practices align with both project and corporate financial objectives.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction (at least 5 years in the UAE) Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and construction cost management software (e.g., Candy, SAP, or similar).
