Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for AHU, FCU, and HVAC equipment manufacturing.

• Ensure production schedules are achieved while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Manage fabrication, insulation, powder coating, assembly, wiring, testing, and final dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and material availability to maximize productivity.

• Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, rejection rates, rework, and on-time delivery.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

• Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and shop floor employees to improve performance and productivity.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.

• Work closely with the Quality team to ensure products comply with customer specifications and international HVAC standards.

• Review production reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, or engineering manufacturing.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.

• Experience in manufacturing AHUs, FCUs, Heat Recovery Units, and ventilation products is highly preferred.

• GCC/UAE manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of HVAC manufacturing processes.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and powder coating.

• Knowledge of AHU/FCU assembly, refrigeration piping, electrical wiring, and performance testing.

• Familiarity with production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and 5S methodologies.
