Key Responsibilities:Review and assess contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, and recovery programs. Monitor project progress against approved milestones and contractual requirements. Prepare monthly progress reports for the authorities and master developers Prepare and conduct presentations for the management Review of the reports from the contractors Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Experience: 5+ years in construction, preferred with developer or consultant in UAEProficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and construction methodologies. Experience in high-rise residential, and large-scale developments. Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
