What you´ll do
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for regional leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and countries.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decisions.
- Support cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
- Prepare reports and presentations for finance and business review meetings.
- Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal controls, compliance activities, and financial documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR on finance-related projects.
- Participate in regional strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analyses as required
What makes you a good fit
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous internship or project experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics is preferred.
