Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, preventing project delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, engineers, and field workers to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, daily reports, and incident logs to provide transparency and accountability.
• Implement effective safety measures and conduct safety training sessions to minimize workplace hazards and accidents.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle project challenges efficiently.

• Physically fit and able to work in various outdoor conditions, ensuring presence on-site as needed.
