Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites, ensuring MEP, civil, and soft services run smoothly and meet SLAs.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Lead and manage FM projects end-to-end — planning, execution, budgeting, and handover.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring work quality.
Conduct site inspections/audits and ensure timely corrective action on findings.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for service delivery, procurement, and issue resolution.
Ensure HSE compliance and maintain proper maintenance/inspection documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
2–3 years of experience in facility management or MEP maintenance.
Proven experience managing or coordinating FM projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to lead on-site teams and vendors effectively.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / maintenance reporting tools.
