وصف العمل
يُكلف مدير البناء بقيادة الجهود لإدارة والتحكم في تسليم أنشطة البنية التحتية للمقاول والمقاولين من الباطن المتخصصين طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع ومراقبة أداء مستشار الإشراف على البناء فيما يتعلق بالتفتيش والتوقيع على الأعمال المنفذة من قبل المقاول والتدخل عند ظهور مشكلات لضمان الوصول إلى نتيجة مناسبة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
مراقبة أعمال البنية التحتية طوال عملية البناء.
مراقبة أداء مستشار الإشراف والمقاول.
التحقق من التقدم المبلغ عنه في تقارير الحالة المختلفة فيما يخص أنشطة البنية التحتية.
مراقبة عملية التسليم الفني والموافقة.
تحديد التحسينات التي يمكن تحقيقها فيما يخص التتابع والتقدم في المشروع من قبل جميع الأطراف أثناء البناء.
مراقبة عملية التفتيش وتحديد التحسينات عند الإمكان.
مراقبة أداء الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة وتحديد الانحرافات ومعالجتها.
تنسيق وإدارة العلاقة مع السلطات المحلية.
الاطلاع على السياسات والدفاتر والإجراءات ذات الصلة بجودة البيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية المعمول بها داخل الشركة، وضمان الالتزام المستمر بتلك المتطلبات أثناء العمل.
أداء واجبات أخرى كما يكلفه بها مدير الخط أو المشرف.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل في الهندسة المدنية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في بناء مشاريع البنية التحتية، مع خبرة واسعة في التعامل مع السلطات المحلية في أبوظبي (لا تقل عن 5 سنوات).
خبرة في التعامل مع المقاولات الفرعية والمقاولين من الباطن.
سجل حافل كمدير بناء في مشاريع ذات نطاقات بنى تحتية ميكانيكية وكهربائية وتدفئة وتبريد واسعة.
خلفية تقنية قوية في مشاريع MEP مع خبرة مشروع كاملة على الأقل في فريق إدارة مشروع.
إدارة عمليات التفتيش والنماذج الأولية والعيّنات ومراحل الجودة.
التحقق التدريجي من الأعمال وفقاً لمواصفات العقد والرسومات والنماذج المعتمدة.
إدارة عملية تقديم الأعمال ومراجعة RFI والرد عليها.
مراجعة تقارير المقاول الرئيسي (يومية، أسبوعية، شهرية)، والتقنية والتقدم.
اقتراح أساليب البناء لدعم المقاول الرئيسي.
الاطلاع على متطلبات وإجراءات السلطات المحلية.
خلفية عمل في مشاريع تجارية وسكنية و/أو صناعية مع مساحات تصميم كبرى.

Job description
The construction director is to lead the effort to manage and control the delivery of the infrastructure activities of the contractor and specialist subcontractors throughout the construction phase of the project and monitor the performance of the construction supervision consultant with regard to inspection and sign off of the works completed by contractor and intervene where issues arise to ensure a suitable conclusion.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor the infrastructure works throughout the construction process.
Monitor the performance of the supervision consultant and contractor.
Verify the reported progress in the various status reports with regard to infrastructure activities.
Monitor the technical submittal and approval process.
Identify improvements that can be achieved with regard to sequencing and progress on the project by all parties during construction.
Monitor inspection process and identify improvements where possible.
Monitor QHSE performance and identify and address deviations of performance.
Coordinate and manage the relationship with the local authorities.
Inform themselves of the relevant quality, environmental, safety and occupational health policies, manuals and procedures in place within the company, and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree preferably in civil engineering.
Minimum 20 years’ experience in construction of infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in dealing with local authorities in Abu Dhabi (minimum 5 years).
Experience dealing with subcontracts and subcontractors.
Proven track record as a construction manager on related projects with large MEP infrastructure scopes.
Strong technical background in MEP projects with at least 2 full life cycle project experiences working on a project management team.
Management of inspections, mockups, prototypes, samples, and quality benchmarking.
Progressive verification of the works to contract specifications, drawings, and approved mock-ups.
Management of construction submittal and RFI review and response process.
Review main contractors reports (daily, weekly, monthly), technical and progress.
Propose methods of construction to support the main contractor.
Familiar with local authority requirements and procedures.
Background working on commercial, residential and/or industrial construction projects with large landscaping areas.
