Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple brands. Source, screen, and assess candidates through a range of channels, including Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing. Build diverse talent pipelines and champion inclusive hiring across every search. Gather market insights and hiring trends and share with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and reference check management. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaign

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality; pre-opening recruitment experience is highly preferred. A strong instinct for identifying and assessing talent within the lifestyle hospitality space. Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through Linked In Recruiter and direct search methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately. Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.
