The Exile is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, and cash flow reports.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor and tax regulations.

• Prepare and submit VAT returns.

• Monitor company expenses, budgets, and cash flow.

• Maintain inventory costing and coordinate stock reconciliation with operations.

• Support external audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.

• Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, or similar.

• Experience with Foodics POS is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
