Job Details

  • Conduct precise measurements using specialised tools like total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to determine land boundaries and features for building construction projects.

  • Prepare detailed site plans and maps that illustrate survey results to assist in construction, land use, and property development.

  • Analyze survey data and perform calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide critical input on project design and feasibility.

  • Assist construction teams with layout, excavation, foundations, structural works, and utility installations.

  • Provide accurate survey data to support project execution.

  • Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and site records.

  • Support QA/QC inspections and verification activities.

  • Adhere to company quality standards and project procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for technical knowledge.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred for credibility and compliance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in land surveying, showcasing expertise in various surveying techniques.
  • Experience with CAD software and GIS applications is crucial for creating accurate survey maps and plans.
