• تسليم المشروع والقيادة: توجيه وتنسيق فرق هندسية متعددة التخصصات (الإنشائية، المدنية، MEP، والمعمارية) لتسليم مشاريع بنية تحتية ومباني عالية الجودة في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
• إدارة العملاء والمعنيين: العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية مع العميل، وبناء علاقات قوية، وإدارة توقعات العميل، وقيادة اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم.
• الرقابة المالية والتجارية: رصد الأداء المالي للمشروع، بما في ذلك إدارة الرسوم، والفوترة، وتخصيص الموارد، وتوقع الربحية.
• إدارة النطاق والمخاطر: تعريف نطاقات المشروع، وضع هيكل تقسيم العمل واضح، تحديد مخاطر المشروع، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف الفعالة.
• الجودة والامتثال: ضمان امتثال جميع التسليمات للوائح الدولية المعمول بها، واللوائح المحلية، وعمليات ضمان الجودة/ضبط الجودة الداخلية لدينا (QA/QC).
• دعم تطوير الأعمال: مساعدة فريق القيادة العليا في إعداد المقترحات الفنية، وتحديد النطاق، وتقدير الرسوم لمتابعات البنى التحتية والمباني المحتملة.
• التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، الهندسة الإنشائية، إدارة الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذي صلة (درجة الماجستير إضافة قوية).
• الخبرة: خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات تحديداً في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية و/أو المباني ضمن بيئة استشارات هندسية وبصفته مدير/مدير مشروع.
• الترخيص: مهندس محترف (PE)، مهندس معتمد (CEng)، شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP)، أو اعتماد معترف به مكافئ مفضل بشدة.
• الخبرة التعاقدية والتنظيمية: خبرة عملية واسعة في إدارة نماذج عقود FIDIC (الكتاب الأحمر الأصفر أو الفضي) والتنقل ضمن السلطات البلدية واللوائح المحلية للموافقات والتصاريح وNOCs.
• المعرفة الفنية: فهم أساسي راسخ لتصميم الإنشاءات، أنظمة البنية التحتية المدنية، مرافق الموقع، وتنسيق التصميم متعدد التخصصات.
• إجادة البرمجيات: إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثلاً MS Project، Primavera P6) والإلمام بمنصات تنسيق الهندسة (مثلاً Revit، Navisworks، AutoCAD).
• المهارات الناعمة: قيادة استثنائية، وحل النزاعات، والتفاوض، ومهارات الاتصال التحريرية والشفوية المصممة للعمل الاستشاري وجهًا لعميل.

• Project Delivery & Leadership: Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (structural, civil, MEP, and architectural) to deliver high-quality infrastructure and building projects on time and within budget.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as ???? primary client liaison, building strong relationships, managing client expectations, and leading progress review meetings.
• Financial & Commercial Control: Monitor project financial performance, including fee management, invoicing, resource allocation, and profitability forecasting.
• Scope & Risk Management: Define project scopes, establish clear work breakdown structures, identify project risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant international codes, local statutory regulations, and our internal Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes.
• Business Development Support: Assist our senior leadership team in preparing technical proposals, scope definitions, and fee estimates for prospective infrastructure and building pursuits.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specifically managing infrastructure and/or building projects within an engineering consultancy environment and as a Project Director/Manager
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent recognized accreditation is highly preferred.
• Contractual & Regulatory Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience administering FIDIC contract forms (Red, Yellow, or Silver Books) and navigating local municipal and statutory authorities for approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of structural design, civil infrastructure systems, site utilities, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and familiarity with engineering coordination platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills tailored for client-facing consultancy work.
