Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

4. Allocate manpower and materials efficiently to meet project schedules.

5. Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project requirements.

6. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

7. Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.

8. Verify site measurements before production and installation.

9. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

10. Coordinate inspections, snagging, and handover activities.

11. Manage material deliveries and site inventory.

12. Attend client and consultant meetings when required.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.

3. Experience in residential villas, apartments, offices and commercial fit-out projects.

4. Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, marble, glass, MEP coordination, and finishing works.

5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.

6. Good communication and leadership skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

8. Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
