Job Description:
- Receive visitors and clients and welcome them in a professional manner that reflects a positive image of the organization
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or provide accurate and courteous initial information
- Provide support services to customers, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints in accordance with approved policies
- Record customer requests and feedback and follow up with relevant departments to ensure prompt response and high-quality service
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic speakers, 30 years old and below
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle clients professionally
