• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition and report any mechanical issues.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring weight distribution is balanced to enhance stability and reduce wear on the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and cargo transport to comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch to handle delays and reroute as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid UAE Heavy Duty Driving License (Manual & Automatic).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience driving heavy-duty vehicles within the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE road networks, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report defects accurately.
• Excellent physical condition with the stamina to handle long driving hours and occasional lifting.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Proficiency in basic English for communication and understanding instructions; Hindi or Urdu is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Certification in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques is a plus.
