• Operate plural-component spray rigs (e.g. Graco Reactor or equivalent) to apply polyurea/polyurethane coatings at the correct temperature, pressure, and mix ratio

• Prepare surfaces (concrete, steel, and other substrates) per manufacturer TDS requirements — including sandblasting, moisture checks, and primer application where needed

• Achieve consistent film thickness and coverage across complex geometries (vehicle panels, fuel tanks, barriers, structures)

• Lead and guide a small application team on-site and in the workshop, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot spray equipment (heated hoses, pumps, spray guns, mix modules)

• Follow all health and safety procedures for handling reactive chemical components (PPE, ventilation, spill response)

• Keep accurate records of batch usage, coverage, and application conditions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with plural-component polyurea/polyurethane spray application

• Proven experience operating heated proportioning equipment (Graco Reactor, PMC, or similar)

• Strong understanding of surface preparation standards (e.g. Sa 2.5 sandblasting, moisture testing)

• Experience leading or supervising a small team preferred

• Comfortable working in industrial/factory environments, including exposure to heat, noise, and PPE requirements

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus
