Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, market share, and brand equity across a multi-brand portfolio.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, partnerships, sponsorships, and guest engagement initiatives for leisure, entertainment, and ski destinations.
Oversee brand positioning, visual identity, customer touchpoints, physical environments, and the successful implementation of new brand concepts.
Ensure consistent application of brand standards, guidelines, and governance across all markets and customer channels.
Manage operational and capital marketing budgets while maintaining strong financial discipline and maximizing return on investment.
Monitor brand performance through data analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to optimize marketing effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
Identify emerging global trends in tourism, entertainment, leisure, ski experiences, technology, and experiential marketing, translating insights into innovative business opportunities.
Lead commercial and operational risk assessments for new campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, tourism authorities, strategic partners, agencies, franchise partners, and external suppliers.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Digital, Customer Experience, Analytics, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, Delegation of Authority, marketing policies, and operational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Brand Management or Marketing Leadership within Leisure, Entertainment, Tourism, Hospitality, FMCG, or other multi-brand consumer businesses.
At least 6 years in a senior leadership role with regional and/or international responsibility.
Proven success managing complex multi-brand portfolios, brand repositioning, brand extensions, and transformation programmes.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale marketing strategies from planning through execution.
Experience working across multiple international markets is highly desirable.
Franchise leadership experience will be considered an advantage.
