Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Architectural Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, with expertise in décor, false ceiling, gypsum partition, and interior finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural activities, reviewing drawings, supervising site execution, and ensuring projects are completed according to quality, safety, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Supervise interior fit-out works including décor, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, and finishing activities.

• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to avoid design and execution conflicts.

• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, company standards, and safety requirements.

• Prepare as-built documentation and assist in project handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or interior design implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of décor works, false ceilings, gypsum partitions, and interior finishing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
