Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, specifically in décor, false ceiling, and partition installation works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.

• Develop technical drawings for décor, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, and related interior works.

• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues.

• Revise drawings based on project changes, site conditions, and client comments.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and company standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in material quantity take-offs and preparation of technical documentation when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out projects.

• Experience in décor works, false ceilings, gypsum partitions, and interior finishing.

• Knowledge of Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
