قيادة التخطيط المالي، والميزانية، ونمذجة CapEx/ROI لشبكة مراكز البيانات الآلية لدينا.
الشراكة مع رؤساء الأقسام لضمان توافق البنية التحتية والزراعة وعمليات المعالجة مع الأهداف المالية.
المهارات
أكثر من 10 سنوات في القيادة المالية، بما في ذلك أكثر من 3 سنوات كـ مدير مالي، نائب رئيس مالي، أو CFO.
✅ خبرة مثبتة في بناء وظائف المحاسبة والخزانة مع خبرة قوية في IFRS.
✅ معرفة عميقة بضريبة الشركات الإماراتية، وضريبة القيمة المضافة، والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
✅ خبرة في صناعات كثيفة رأس المال مثل البنية التحتية، البناء، التصنيع، أو الزراعة.
✅ مطلوب شهادة CPA، ACCA، CIMA، ACA، أو ما يعادلها (MBA ميزة).
Job description
Build and lead Accounting & Treasury, ensuring all reporting is fully aligned with IFRS.
Oversee UAE regulatory compliance, including Corporate Tax, VAT, and statutory audits.
Develop corporate treasury strategy, manage banking relationships, and secure financing for large-scale infrastructure growth.
Drive financial planning, budgeting, and CapEx/ROI modeling for our modular AI data center network.
Partner with division heads to align infrastructure, agriculture, and processing operations with financial targets.
Skills
10+ years in financial leadership, including 3+ years as a Finance Director, VP Finance, or CFO.
✅ Proven experience building Accounting & Treasury functions with strong IFRS expertise.
✅ In-depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Experience in CapEx-intensive industries such as infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or agriculture.
✅ CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent qualification required (MBA is an advantage).
