• Plan, supervise, and manage civil construction activities at project sites.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQs.

• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of structural and civil works.

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, site records, and technical documentation.

• Assist with quantity estimation, material take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable construction standards.

• Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship through inspections and testing.

• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.

• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, and project documentation.

• Good understanding of quality control and HSE standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to work at construction sites and in outdoor environments.

• UAE/GCC experience and relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
