Job Description:We are looking for hands-on OCI Operations resources with strong experience managing and supporting enterprise production OCI environments. The resources should be capable of independently handling daily operations, incidents, troubleshooting, and approved changes, with escalation to the L3/SME team for complex issues when required. In nutshell, we are looking for skilled profiles focused on OCI and other Oracle Products.
The required profile should have the following experience:Minimum 8+ years of overall infrastructure/cloud experience, with at least 5 years of recent hands-on OCI production operations experience. Strong ability to understand and troubleshoot complex issues in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Paa S/Iaa S components. Extensive experience in managing Privilege and Access Control using Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM). Strong experience in designing, deploying, and administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. Expertise in managing OCI Networking, including VCNs, DRG, Fast Connect, NSGs, Security Lists, Route Tables, and Firewalls. Experience in OCI Disaster Recovery, backup strategies, and business continuity planning. Experience in OCI Monitoring, Logging, Cloud Guard, Security Zones, and OCI security best practices. Knowledge of Terraform, OCI CLI, and shell scripting for infrastructure automation. Extensive experience in administering Oracle Linux and Windows Server virtual machines in on-premises and cloud environments. Expertise in virtual machine provisioning, patching, hardening, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience in administering and supporting Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. Expertise in Oracle Solaris and Oracle Linux operating system administration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Exadata administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Strong administration skills for Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance. Experience with Oracle SPARC virtualization technologies (Oracle VM Server for SPARC/LDoms). Strong troubleshooting skills for Oracle and HPE server hardware. Experience in administering Pure Storage and SAN switch infrastructure. Experience in identifying Oracle Cloud scheduled maintenance activities, evaluating business impact, and coordinating maintenance windows with stakeholders. Strong experience in stakeholder communication, change management, maintenance planning, and post-maintenance validation for production systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and platform issues efficiently
