• Assist in the preparation and smooth operation of scheduled paintball activities and participant sessions.

• Welcome and assist guests before and during activities.

• Explain activity rules, guidelines, and safety procedures clearly to participants.

• Support senior activity staff during game sessions and guest interactions.

• Assist with the preparation, checking, organization, and safe handling of activity equipment.

• Monitor participants during activities and provide assistance when required.

• Ensure activity areas, equipment, and guest-accessible spaces are clean, organized, and ready for operation.

• Maintain a professional and friendly approach when dealing with guests from different backgrounds and nationalities.

• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, incidents, or operational matters to the supervisor.

• Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and established health and safety standards.

• Support the team in maintaining an efficient, safe, and enjoyable guest experience throughout the Global Village season.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in recreation, entertainment, hospitality, events, sports, attractions, or customer service is an advantage.

• Candidates with paintball, outdoor activity, adventure, or similar recreational experience are preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor/activity-based environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during the Global Village season.

• Basic English communication skills are required.

• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
