Proven ability to independently manage and execute a construction project from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of site management, project planning, quality control, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ability to take full responsibility for the project, ensuring timely completion while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
7–8 years of experience in high-rise building construction.
