• Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Oversee all aspects of lip seal welding operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

• Supervise fabrication and general welding activities across various stages of the project.

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure project alignment.

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project transparency.

• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to welding procedures and safety standards.

• Ensure all welding and fabrication work complies with relevant codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO) and company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in Oil and Gas, EPC, or Marine or Construction sectors.

• Proven experience in managing mechanical projects with a focus on lip seal welding, welding techniques, and fabrication processes.

• Familiarity with materials used in high-pressure and corrosive environments.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
