Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.
Monitor office inventory and procure stationery and other office requirements.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training programs.
Maintain employee attendance records and support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash records as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of office management procedures.
