Job Details

We are hiring experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud professionals for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation program in the UAE. Candidates will be considered for the position aligned with their functional, technical, program management or change management specialization.


Role 1. Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant

  • Lead configuration and functional delivery of Oracle Fusion PPM covering Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts and Project Financial Management.

  • Configure project types, templates, burden cost structures, costing/rate rules, billing and revenue recognition.

  • Support integration with Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets.

  • Support Capital Project Management, Asset Capitalization, Resource Management and Task Management.

  • Perform data migration using FBDI/ADFdi and support REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Support OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, testing, training, documentation, enhancements and production support.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and support Oracle quarterly releases.


Role 2. Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

  • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design for Oracle Fusion Payroll.

  • Configure Payroll Definitions, Elements, Balances, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Payment Methods, Payroll Costing and related payroll components.

  • Support UAE, KSA and India payroll processes including EOSB, gratuity, leave salary, allowances and deductions.

  • Manage payroll data migration using HDL/HSDL and support validation and reconciliation.

  • Lead SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.

  • Work with technical teams on HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher and integrations with Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor, Finance/GL, Banking and third-party systems through OIC.

  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios and other project deliverables.


Role 3. Program Director – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation

  • Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP program delivery covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Establish and manage PMO/governance structures, SteerCo, ITMO and Program Board governance.

  • Drive Oracle Cloud implementation stage gates across planning, architecture, configuration, CRP, SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.

  • Own integrated program plans, milestones, KPIs, RAID management and Change Advisory Board governance.

  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource mobilization, dependencies and change control across multiple entities/geographies.

  • Govern program commercials, milestone-based billing, SLA/service-credit commitments and delivery performance.

  • Lead go/no-go and cutover decisions and ensure successful transition to internal IT/support teams.

  • Provide executive-level reporting and act as the single point of accountability for program outcomes.


Role 4. Organization Change Manager (OCM Lead) :

  • Own and deliver the organizational change management strategy across all in-scope functions and entities.

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments and maintain the change impact register.

  • Apply Prosci ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology and manage resistance.

  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies across executive, business and operational audiences.

  • Establish and manage a Change Champions network and end-user feedback mechanisms.

  • Lead Training Needs Assessment, role-based training, Train-the-Trainer and blended learning programs.

  • Support Oracle Guided Learning, e-learning, instructor-led training and competency assessments.

  • Measure adoption at 30/60/90 days post-go-live and drive remediation for low-adoption areas.

  • Establish knowledge repositories and ensure sustainable change and adoption beyond hypercare.


Role 5. Solution Architect – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation:

  • Lead solution architecture and end-to-end design for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions and ensure alignment across functional and technical workstreams.

  • Define integration, data, security and reporting architecture across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

  • Work closely with Finance, SCM, HCM/Payroll, PPM and technical teams to ensure cross-module solution alignment.

  • Review solution designs, integrations, extensions and customizations and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices.

  • Support design workshops, architecture decisions, implementation governance, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

  • Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for standardization and process optimization.

  • Provide technical leadership to functional and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud professionals with strong end-to-end implementation/transformation experience.

  2. Strong hands-on experience in the relevant specialization: Oracle PPM, Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Fusion ERP Program Management, OCM or Oracle Fusion ERP Solution Architecture.

  3. Experience in large-scale, multi-module Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

  4. Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.

  5. Ability to independently manage requirements, solution design, configuration/delivery, testing, documentation and go-live activities where applicable.

  6. Experience in EPCI, Oil & Gas, Capital Projects or asset-intensive industries is highly desirable, particularly for PPM, Program Director and OCM positions.

  7. GCC/UAE implementation experience is highly desirable.

  8. For Payroll: strong UAE payroll, EOSB, gratuity, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, costing, reconciliation and payroll testing experience.

  9. For PPM: strong Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Burden Costing and Financials integration experience.

  10. For Program Director: proven leadership of multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, PMO/governance, RAID, CAB, commercial and executive stakeholder management.

  11. For OCM: Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent certification and proven ERP transformation/change management experience.

  12. For Solution Architecture: strong Oracle Fusion ERP architecture, integration, data, security and cross-functional solution design experience.

  13. Oracle Cloud certifications, PMP/PRINCE2, Prosci/ADKAR or other relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
