Job description
Durr is looking for a Project and Merchant Success Coordinator to support the launch and daily operations of our UAE digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and support merchants joining the Durr platform.
• Communicate professionally with merchants in both Arabic and English.
• Assist merchants with business profiles, products and services.
• Follow up on merchant requests and operational issues.
• Coordinate with the project, development and operations teams.
• Review merchant information and maintain accurate listings.
• Collect merchant feedback and report issues and improvement opportunities.
Skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English – Required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using websites, dashboards and digital platforms.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer success, merchant support, operations or project coordination is preferred.

• مساعدة التجار في ملفاتهم التجارية، والمنتجات والخدمات.
• متابعة طلبات التجار والقضايا التشغيلية.
• التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والتطوير والعمليات.
• مراجعة معلومات التاجر والحفاظ على القوائم دقيقة.
• جمع ملاحظات التجار وتقرير القضايا وفرص التحسين.
المهارات
• الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية – مطلوب.
• مهارات اتصال وخدمة عملاء قوية.
• تنظيم جيد ومهارات المتابعة.
• الارتياح لاستخدام مواقع إلكترونية ولوحات تحكم ومنصات رقمية.
• مهارات حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في نجاح العملاء، دعم التجار، العمليات أو تنسيق المشاريع.
