Tech Nest Support Center is expanding its Financial Services team and is actively hiring experienced Multilingual Customer Service Representatives, Telesales Agents, and Forex Retention Specialists to join our fast-growing Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally• Provide excellent customer service and client support• Promote financial products, Forex trading services, and trading platforms• Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and client follow-ups• Build strong client relationships to support retention and sales growth
✅ Candidate Requirements:• Must currently reside in the UAE• Immediate joiners are highly preferred• Fluency in one of the listed languages plus English• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Telesales, Sales, or Client Support• Forex, Trading, Financial Services, or Retention experience is a strong advantage
