What You’ll Do:Serve as the dedicated Relationship Manager for a portfolio of B2B business customers Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers Take 100% ownership of the entire customer lifecycle — from onboarding to retention Track KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements diligently Manage sales pipelines and monitor performance against targets Conduct daily field visits and sales calls across your assigned territory Craft tailored sales strategies for SMB accounts to grow revenue and market share Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
What You Bring3–5 years of proven success in B2B Sales & Key Account Management Hands-on sales experience in IT / Telecom / Cloud / Saa S / M2M / Microsoft / AI solutions Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong ownership mindset and self-driven attitude Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory) Willingness to work anywhere in the UAE
