Job Description

Prepares and timely circulates HSEQ & BCM Monthly Performance by collecting and analysing required data and statistics from different departments and facilities. Organizes HSEQ meetings (including HSEQ internal meetings, HSE Steering Committee meetings) and maintains the HSE performance management calendar to ensure that all of the required reporting/meeting deadlines are met. Maintains Action Tracking Register (ATR) and prepare incident/hazard trend analysis by collecting data from Hazard and Near-Miss Reports. Develop performance management information to give visibility to team performance on action close out. Maintains, reviews and updates HSEQ & BCM documentation and information on DMS. Updates of the HSE Risk Register through reviews and edits. Coordinates and communicates HSEQ & BCM training (including HSE e-Learning) for personnel, subsidiaries and JVs.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering / HSE related.

Certification in HSE like NEBOSH.
