We are looking for a Relationship Manager/Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm, and a customer-focused approach to drive property sales. You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate new leads for channel partners through networking, targeted marketing campaigns, and strategic outreach. Provide expert guidance to clients on property options, pricing, financing solutions, and current market insights, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Travel to the US periodically for client meetings, sales events, and business development trips. Deliver customized presentations that effectively showcase property features and benefits tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Lead negotiations, successfully close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and competitor activities to deliver informed and competitive recommendations. Manage and grow the sales pipeline, track performance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and proactive after-sales follow-up.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a real estate developer in Dubai. Proven track record selling to American, and/or European buyers. Native or near-native English fluency, written and verbal. Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Must be eligible to travel to the US without visa restrictions. Target-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role. A driving license — a must.
