Role Description Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, and technical solutions aligned with project objectives, client requirements, site conditions, and applicable standards. Lead or support projects through concept design, schematic design, design development, documentation, and construction stages. Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications, 3D models, and presentation materials. Translate client requirements, functional needs, site constraints, and design objectives into practical, innovative, and visually compelling architectural solutions. Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, interior designers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Conduct site analysis, research, surveys, and feasibility studies to inform design development and project planning. Review materials, finishes, building systems, construction methods, and technical details to ensure design quality and constructability. Ensure architectural designs and documentation comply with relevant building codes, planning requirements, safety standards, accessibility guidelines, and project specifications. Participate in client presentations, design reviews, coordination meetings, site inspections, and project discussions. Review construction drawings, samples, shop drawings, and site work to ensure alignment with approved architectural designs and project requirements. Identify design, technical, or coordination issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop effective solutions. Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, documentation quality, and coordination requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Incorporate sustainable design principles, emerging technologies, innovative materials, and industry best practices where appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related architectural discipline. Professional architectural registration or relevant accreditation is an advantage, where applicable. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, materials, detailing, and project delivery. Good knowledge of applicable building codes, planning regulations, safety requirements, accessibility standards, and technical guidelines. Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar platforms. Strong skills in architectural drawing, technical documentation, 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation development. Excellent creative, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to design quality, accuracy, functionality, and constructability. Strong project organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple design requirements and deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while also working independently when required.
