We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience to prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals for Industrial Automation projects across the Middle East & Africa. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with major OEMs, EPC contractors, system integrators, and industrial end users, with a strong understanding of automation systems, OT cybersecurity, project execution, and commercial bid preparation. Key Responsibilities Review RFIs, RFQs and tender documents to identify technical and commercial requirements. Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals for Industrial Automation projects, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and tender requirements. Coordinate with Engineering team for developing technical solutions for PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, RTU, HMI, Cybersecurity, and Digitalization projects. Coordinate with OEMs, EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to obtain technical and commercial inputs. Prepare project cost estimates, BOMs, pricing, and commercial offers while maintaining target margins. Conduct technical and commercial clarifications with customers during the bidding process. Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and deviations, and incorporate them into proposals. Support sales teams during customer presentations, bid reviews, and negotiations. Maintain proposal documentation, bid registers, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
