Job Details

  • Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day financial and accounting activities related to the trustee office’s operations

  • Process, monitor, and reconcile transactions on the noqodi payment portal, ensuring accuracy between the portal, bank statements, and internal records

  • Perform regular reconciliations across noqodi, company bank accounts, and general ledger accounts, including funds received or processed on behalf of clients during property transactions

  • Prepare, review, and file VAT returns in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations and deadlines

  • Prepare and manage Corporate Tax (CIT) computations, filings, and related compliance requirements

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records in line with UAE regulatory and trustee office requirements

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement in compliance with UAE labor and WPS regulations

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor/client account management

  • Monitor and control expenses related to consumables and general office supplies, tracking usage against budget and flagging cost overruns

  • Proactively review existing costs, contracts, and vendor arrangements to identify savings and challenge unnecessary or excessive spending

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for the owner

  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government authorities as required

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE financial regulations, Dubai Land Department (DLD) requirements, and internal financial controls

  • Support the owner with budgeting, financial planning, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE, ideally within real estate, trustee offices, or similarly regulated environments
  • Proven hands-on experience with the noqodi portal and related reconciliation processes
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, return preparation, and FTA filing procedures
  • Solid understanding of UAE Corporate Tax (CIT) requirements, computations, and filing obligations
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the finance function with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in accounting software; hands-on experience with Zoho Books preferred, but candidates with Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms will also be considered
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and real estate trustee operations is highly preferred
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality given the handling of client funds and trustee financial activities
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to analyze costs and recommend practical improvements to profitability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple financial functions simultaneously
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • UAE-based candidates preferred
