Job Purpose
To install, maintain, inspect, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems while ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation. The technician will also travel to different customer sites using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, package units, ducted systems, FCUs, AHUs, and VRF/VRV systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air-conditioning systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
Check compressors, motors, thermostats, control panels, capacitors, refrigerant levels, and electrical connections.
Carry out gas charging, leak testing, brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming.
Clean filters, coils, condensers, drain lines, ducts, and other components.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI, Diploma, or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
Practical experience with residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
Knowledge of electrical controls, wiring diagrams, refrigerants, and troubleshooting.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and attend emergency service calls.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Familiarity with UAE roads and locations is preferred.
Physically fit and willing to work outdoors or outside normal working hours when required.
