• The primary purpose of an Assembly Operator is to assemble products or components according to specific instructions and quality standards. They are responsible for ensuring that assembly tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, and safely, while maintaining high product quality and adhering to production schedules.

  Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mechanical assembly of the products as per the plan and working instructions.

  • Ensure the process quality meets the standard requirement.

  • Responsible for the productivity and online rejection control.

  • Identification of products and components for the assembly.

  • Safe material handling and storage.

  • Maintain proper housekeeping.

  • Strictly adhere to the safety rules and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification

  • Minimum high school qualification

  Work Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferably in electrical/lighting products)

  Competencies

  • Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment

  • Team player with good communication and time management skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or product lines

  Languages

  • Should be able to communicate in English

  • Any other language is advantageous
