Area of Responsibility:§ Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on monthly basis.§ Monitor budget, performance, cash in-flow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.§ Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.§ Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation, strategize § Motivate and manage site personnel.§ Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims.§ Contractual correspondence with client & consultants. § Plan, estimate site infrastructure & ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage.
Competencies:§ Knowledge of the UAE oil and gas Cross Country Pipelines: Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key players in the UAE oil and gas industry specifically cross country pipeline business.§ Project management skills: Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage cross country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.§ Leadership and team management: Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including engineers and other professionals, to achieve project objectives.§ Technical expertise: Extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross country pipeline businesses as well as the latest industry technologies and best practices.§ Stakeholder engagement: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations.§ Health, safety, and environmental management: Understanding of best practices for ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of the environment in oil and gas cross-country pipeline operations.§ Business acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE oil and gas industry, as well as to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
Qualification: § B. E / B. Tech with 20 + years’ experience in EPC cross country pipeline in UAE and should have ADNOC Approval
