Key Responsibilities:Review, check, and interpret IFC drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, specifications, and design documents; coordinate civil works with MEP. Prepare technical submittals and method statements, issue technical queries to consultants, and liaise with the consultant to resolve design-related issues. Provide on-site technical support for civil works including excavation, concrete, reinforcement, backfilling, and structural works; troubleshoot site issues and propose alternative construction solutions. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare technical documentation such as technical justifications and formal letters.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related design discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and construction in the Middle East; airport structure project experience preferred. Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and coordination skills, including experience liaising with consultants (DAR experience preferred). Proficient in Auto CAD; Revit/BIM coordination skills highly desirable. Middle East main contractor experience required.
