Job Purpose
Accountable for ensuring the health and well-being of the construction or landscaping site personnel. This includes providing immediate medical assistance, implementing preventive health measures, and promoting a culture of safety. Additionally, the Site Nurse is responsible for maintaining accurate health records, conducting training sessions, and staying updated on industry health and safety standards. This role plays a crucial part in creating a safe and healthy working environment on construction and landscaping sites
About this Role:Conducting regular occupational and health assessments/surveillance on-site. Conducting planned medical & Emergency drill Providing immediate first aid and medical care in case of injuries or emergencies. Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety protocols. Monitoring and promoting general health and well-being among the workforces. Managing and maintaining health records for all site personnel. Conducting occupational health and safety training sessions for workers. Collaborating with external medical professionals and services when necessary. Keeping abreast of industry occupational health and safety standards and regulations. Submit Weekly /Monthly occupational Health & Safety report (First Case/Medical treatment case /Injuries etc). Supervising trained First Aiders Collaborating with emergency response team ( ERT ) Advising on the implementation of preventive health measures.

Experience/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field. Professional certification, license or relevant OSH training is preferred.
