Mix syrup required for production.
Prepare cleaning and sanitation chemicals and maintain relevant areas in an orderly condition.
Weigh the correct quantities of sugar and prepare simple syrup.
Mix final syrup using the correct quantities of concentrate according to the production plan provided by the Senior Chemist/Chemist.
Clean and sanitize sugar and mixing tanks to ensure food safety.
Keep all relevant work areas clean and tidy.
Ensure proper operation of the water treatment plant by correctly mixing chemicals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Beverage/FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
Knowledge of Syrup preparation, Sugar weighing, and Mixing.
Experience with Mixing tanks, Sanitation, and Food Safety.
Basic knowledge of Water treatment and Chemical Handling.
Able to follow Production Plans and maintain Hygiene Standards.
