Job role : Planning Engineer – Infrastructure Projects Location: UAESalary Range: 15,000–18,000 AED
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our engineering consulting and supervision team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in infrastructure projects and advanced planning skills to support iconic developments across roads, utilities, drainage, and highways.
Key Responsibilities Programme Development: Prepare baseline and detailed resource-loaded programmes (Level 4 & 5).
Programme Control: Conduct critical path analysis, progress updates, variance analysis, and forecasting.
Delay Analysis: Apply techniques such as TIA, Impacted As-Planned, and As-Built vs As-Planned.
EOT & Claims: Prepare and assess Extension of Time claims with clear cause-and-effect analysis.
Contractual Knowledge: Apply FIDIC conditions, manage contractual notices, variations, and claims.
Reporting & Coordination: Deliver progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements Experience: 8–10 years overall, with 3–5+ years in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, bridges).
Software Proficiency: Advanced Primavera P6 (mandatory), MS Project, and advanced Excel.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of programme control, delay analysis, and claims procedures.
Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with FIDIC conditions and claims management.
Mandatory experience working on RTA, ALDAR, or DM UAE authority projects.
