Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Planning Consultant role based in Dubai. The Financial Planning Consultant will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial situations, and develop tailored financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial reports, recommending suitable investment and retirement strategies, and reviewing portfolios to ensure alignment with client objectives and risk profiles. The role involves monitoring market developments, updating clients on relevant changes, and adjusting plans as needed. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate client records, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements while delivering high-quality, client-focused advice. Qualifications Strong Financial Planning skills, including client needs assessment and creation of comprehensive financial plans. Expertise in Retirement Planning and long-term wealth preservation strategies. Solid understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to analyze risk and return and construct diversified portfolios. Experience in Financial Services, preferably within advisory or consulting environments. Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in an accessible way. Demonstrated integrity, client-focused mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment. Minimum 2yrs experience. Languages English- Required Hindi - Preferred Other Indian languages- an advantage
