Job description
Industry: Commercial Vehicles – Heavy-Duty Trucks
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Manage product information, specifications, technical updates, and OEM coordination.
- Warranty: Handle warranty claims, approvals, OEM recovery, and warranty cost monitoring.
- Service Contracts: Support preparation, administration, and monitoring of service contracts.
- Quality Reports: Prepare warranty/product quality reports, analyse recurring failures, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, OEMs, and customers for product and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicles / Heavy-Duty Trucks / After Sales / Warranty.
- Strong technical, analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and automotive warranty processes.
