As a Hostess at Bliss 6, Conrad Dubai, you’ll greet each guest with warmth and poise, guide them to their table, and anticipate the small details that make their time with us feel special. With every thoughtful interaction, you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Hostess at Bliss 6, Conrad Dubai:

• Create an exceptional welcome: Greet every guest with warmth and poise, setting the tone for a memorable experience at Bliss 6.
• Manage reservations and seating: Coordinate bookings, walk-in guests, and table assignments while considering guest preferences and the flow of service.
• Make every visit feel personal: Recognize returning guests, note special occasions, and share relevant preferences with the service team.
• Guide guests with confidence: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and answer questions about Bliss 6 with care and professionalism.
• Work closely with the F&B team: Communicate guest arrivals, waiting times, and special requests to help deliver attentive, well-paced service.
• Maintain an elegant setting: Keep the entrance, host stand, menus, and guest areas immaculate and ready to welcome guests.
• Uphold the highest standards: Follow Conrad Dubai’s service, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures to protect guest and team member well-being.
