سيكون منتجع وين جزيرة المرجان أول منتجع متكامل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومن المقرر افتتاحه في عام 2027، ويقع المنتجع على بعد 50 ميلاً من مطار دبي الدولي في إمارة رأس الخيمة. وسيضم المنتجع 1,530 غرفة وسويت، و22 مطعماً وصالة ومقاهي، ومسرحاً، ونادياً شاطئياً. كما سيحتوي على العديد من حمامات السباحة وحمامات الخوض، وسبا بخمس نجوم، وصالون للتجميل، وممشى للتسوق، ومركز للاحتفالات والفعاليات.

المسؤوليات
تتمثل الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذا الدور في:
- بناء وصيانة مجموعة التقارير الأساسية ولوحات المعلومات لقطاع الألعاب
- تطوير لوحات معلومات الأداء التي تتتبع إنتاجية المضيف، والربحية، ومشاركة اللاعبين
- تحديد وتطبيق ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لمضيفي الألعاب — بما في ذلك متوسط الإنفاق اليومي (ADT)، وتكرار الزيارات وحداثتها، ونسب إعادة الاستثمار
- تقديم تحليلات الأداء التاريخية وتقارير الاتجاهات للإدارة العليا وفرق العمليات
- أتمتة سير عمل التقارير وفرض معايير دقة البيانات عبر جميع المخرجات
- تحويل أسئلة الأعمال إلى أطر عمل تحليلية ومخرجات تقارير مهيكلة
- تفسير البيانات باستخدام تقنيات تحليلية متقدمة لتقديم رؤى مدعومة بالأدلة وقابلة للتنفيذ
- تطوير منطق الاستهداف ومجموعات الضبط لقياس مدى مواءمة الحملات، وعائد الاستثمار (ROI)، والزيادة، والإيرادات الإضافية
- الاستفادة من نماذج اللغات الكبيرة (LLMs) لتسريع توليد الرؤى وأتمتة التقارير السردية

سيتوفر لدى المرشح المثالي لهذه الوظيفة الخبرة والمؤهلات التالية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال كمي (علوم الحاسوب، الإحصاء، الاقتصاد، التمويل). ويفضل الحصول على الماجستير
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تحليلات الألعاب (يفضل خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات)
- إتقان قوي لـ SQL؛ وإتقان منصة واحدة أو أكثر من منصات ذكاء الأعمال (مثل Power BI، أو Tableau، أو Looker، أو ما يعادلها). وتعتبر مهارة Python ميزة إضافية
- خبرة في بناء لوحات معلومات وأنظمة تقارير مؤتمتة
- خبرة عملية في منصات البيانات السحابية (Snowflake، أو Databricks، أو ما يعادلها)؛ والإلمام بعمليات ETL
- فهم عميق لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للألعاب (ADT، Theo، Hold، Reinvestment)، ودورة حياة اللاعب، وبرامج الولاء، وقياس الحملات

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director - Marketing Intelligence to join the resort’s Database Marketing team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Build and maintain the core reporting suite and dashboards for the gaming department
- Develop performance dashboards tracking host productivity, profitability, and player engagement
- Define, implement, and monitor gaming host KPIs — including ADT, trip frequency and recency, and reinvestment ratios
- Deliver historical performance analysis and trend reporting to senior leadership and operations teams
- Automate reporting workflows and enforce data accuracy standards across all outputs
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured reporting outputs
- Interpret data using advanced analytical techniques to deliver substantiated, actionable insights
- Develop targeting logic and control groups to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, uplift, and incremental revenue
- Leverage LLMs to accelerate insight generation and automate narrative reporting
- Own the BI roadmap — collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Assess the effectiveness and quality of new data sources and data collection techniques
- Design future-proof data processes that allow seamless model improvements without disrupting production
- Manage and develop a technical team, setting clear goals and delivering against deadlines
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance). Master’s is a plus
- Minimum 5+ years in gaming analytics (8+ years total experience preferred)
- Strong SQL; proficiency in one or more BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent). Python is a plus
- Experience building automated dashboards and reporting systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent); familiarity with ETL processes
- Deep understanding of gaming KPIs (ADT, Theo, hold, reinvestment), player lifecycle, loyalty programs, and campaign measurement
- Strong instinct for trends, root causes, and meaningful patterns; able to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
- Able to present data-driven insights clearly to executive and non-technical audiences — in writing and in person
- Proven ability to manage and grow a technical team, balance competing priorities, and deliver consistently under deadlines
