The Associate, Liquidity Management supports the Liquidity desk with daily, weekly and monthly analysis, reporting and administrative tasks that underpin Front Office objectives and strategies. The role monitors liquidity provider (LP) performance and client flow and helps ensure liquidity is allocated efficiently to ADSS’s hedging accounts and external counterparties.
The role operates under the guidance of the Liquidity Manager, follows established desk controls and escalates pricing, execution and connectivity issues to senior team members for resolution.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prepare and distribute weekly taker performance reports, analysing give-up client volumes and fill-to-reject ratios.
- Continuously monitor spreads and support adjustments to the volatility spreader in line with guidance from the Liquidity Manager.
- Engage directly with global banks and counterparties to share analysis and identify flow optimisation opportunities that enhance desk revenue.
- Prepare and distribute monthly liquidity provider (LP) reports to all FX and Metals counterparties.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly analyses of LP performance to support internal liquidity management discussions.
- Monitor client flow using the Kx FX Analytics suite and flag unusual patterns or optimisation opportunities.
- Use client flow analysis to provide feedback to the Liquidity Manager, Sales coverage teams or clients, as directed.
- Perform routine connectivity checks on LP streams across data centres and platforms, escalating issues to the Liquidity Manager and the Quant and IT teams.
- Support the investigation and resolution of spread, pricing and execution queries raised by the Sales and Trading teams.
- Prepare monthly invoices for give-up clients billed on a per-million (PPM) basis.
- Support competitor and market analysis to help keep ADSS aligned with industry developments.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours to support desk coverage during the London and US trading sessions.
- Undertake other duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the Liquidity Desk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in an FX, liquidity management, eFX trading, trading support or related analytical role within financial services.
- Exposure to OTC derivative markets (FX Spot, CFDs, Bullion) and to LP or client flow analysis is desirable.
- Working knowledge of the basic controls of trading operations and the systems used on a liquidity desk.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce clear reports.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Bloomberg.
- Ability to communicate confidently in English, in meetings and with counterparties.
- Attention to detail, organisation and the ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Willingness to learn the technology used on the Liquidity Desk (e.g. Kx FX Analytics); knowledge of Python/SQL/KDB is beneficial but not essential.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work under guidance and escalate appropriately.

المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية
- إعداد وتوزيع تقارير أداء المشترين (taker) الأسبوعية، وتحليل أحجام عملاء التخلي (give-up) ونسب التنفيذ إلى الرفض (fill-to-reject).
- المراقبة المستمرة للفروق السعرية (spreads) ودعم التعديلات على مفرق تقلبات الأسعار (volatility spreader) وفقاً لتوجيهات مدير السيولة.
- التواصل المباشر مع البنوك العالمية والأطراف المقابلة لمشاركة التحليلات وتحديد فرص تحسين التدفقات التي تعزز إيرادات المكتب.
- إعداد وتوزيع تقارير مزودي السيولة (LP) الشهرية لجميع الأطراف المقابلة في مجالي العملات الأجنبية (FX) والمعادن.
- إجراء تحليلات يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية لأداء مزودي السيولة لدعم المناقشات الداخلية المتعلقة بإدارة السيولة.

المؤهلات العلمية
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو الرياضيات أو في تخصص ذات صلة.
الخبرة العملية
- خبرة تتراوح بين سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال العملات الأجنبية (FX)، أو إدارة السيولة، أو التداول الإلكتروني للعملات (eFX)، أو دعم التداول، أو دور تحليلي ذات صلة في قطاع الخدمات المالية.
- يُفضل وجود خبرة بالتعامل مع أسواق المشتقات المالية غير المدرجة (OTC) (العملات الأجنبية الفورية، عقود الفروقات CFDs، السبائك) وتحليل تدفقات العملاء أو مزودي السيولة.
- معرفة عملية بالضوابط الأساسية لعمليات التداول والأنظمة المستخدمة في مكتب السيولة.
