Resilience Fashion Design LLC, a garment factory in Ajman, is seeking a Tajima Embroidery Machine Operator to join the production team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up the embroidery machine according to designs and production orders.

• Prepare garments, embroidery frames, appropriate threads, and needles.

• Adjust thread tension and color sequence, and monitor stitch quality.

• Ensure accurate embroidery placement and finishing quality.

• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and perform routine cleaning and maintenance for the machine.

• Adhere to production schedules and maintain an organized work area.

Work Location: Ajman, Al Jurf, near China Mall, United Arab Emirates.

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site (inside the factory).

Salary: AED 1,500 to AED 2,500 per month.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 6 years of practical experience in operating Tajima embroidery machines. Ability to follow production instructions and work within a team. Practical experience is sufficient; no specific educational qualification is required.
